GOING TO THE MASQUERADE

and I won't color this for about five billion years! |D

Her outfit's based off of a Milotic, and her "date" for the masquerade is her friend, Genji. Who is also a chick. YAY TRAPS because they make it easier for me to send my character to the ball if they're really a chick underneath.
We decided on a Milotic/Dragonair pair for these two. :3 And when I went to check the 'dex entry for it for reference, I saw this:

Next weekend I might start coloring it in my lovely and awesome abuse-the-multiply-layer-option way.
